Hey everyone -Last week, we launched something new and very exciting on the site  -  Lipstick Color Finder. You pick your favorite lip color, and we will return you a list of lipstick with the most similar colors. We built this because we've seen many people asking for lipsticks of a similar color, with different textures, formulas, and price points. It is very much inspired by you. There is certainly more we will do to improve the tool, like expanding the database & improving accuracy. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

When Farmacy claimed it launched a unique Waterless Vitamin C serum ($50/30ml), I was intrigued to try it. It is indeed a good product with a great formulation. It just reminds me so much of the cult favorite Japanese drugstore product - ROHTO Melano CC Vitamin C Serum ($14/20ml), so much so that I cannot help but think it's inspired by that. When I dug deeper, these two are indeed very similar.

Glossier is a brand that is deceivingly expensive. The price points are below prestige at face value, but the amount of product you get is so small that it's in fact very expensive. The Glossier Invisible Shield Sunscreen in SPF 35, which cost $28 for 30ml - $0.93 for 1 ml, is even more costly than Elta MD's sunscreen ($39/50ml) - $0.78 for 1ml.
